Children's Health
Childhood Immunisations:

These vaccinations provide protection from many diseases, including chickenpox, hepatitis B, measles, whooping cough and so on. The Australian National Immunisation Program has vaccines at 6 weeks, 4 months, 6 months, 12 months, 18 months and 4 years.

-
While immunisation doesn't always stop your child being infected, if your child does become infected with these diseases, their illness will be much less severe
-
All childhood vaccines are available free of charge for medicare patients.
-
Influenza, Tetanus, Pneumococcal, Hepatitis A & B and Whooping Cough (Pertussis) vaccines can be arranged.
-
Ongoing school program vaccinations are also available.
-
Travel vaccination advice and requirements are available but may not be covered by Medicare rebates.
Newborn Assessment:
-
Your newborn needs to have a full body examination at 2 and 8 weeks.
-
These checks help determine the health of your child following birth.
Developmental Check:
-
We all know that children develop and achieve their milestones at their own pace.
-
If you are worried, we can assess their developmental milestones using standardised tests.
